Marc Mancher is a principal at Deloitte Consulting, where he founded the Deloitte government Contact Center business. Mancher has spent the last 25 years improving customer service through the use of artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, and modern operational learnings. He served 30 active/reserve years in the US Navy, retiring as a CAPT in 2018, with duty on the ground in Afghanistan in 2009 and 2010 as a member of Operation Enduring Freedom.
