Marc is an innovator that has spent the last 25 years advising, running and operating front and back office technology and operations. In today’s convergence of AI and operations, Marc’s focus is on how to improve service to citizens while maintaining a close eye on the bottom line. In this capacity, as a Principal in Deloitte Consulting, he leads its Federal, State, Local, and Higher Education Contact Center and Automation business lines. Marc’s clients have included household names such as Google, IBM, T-Mobile, USAA, Anthem, the US Navy, various government entities, and over a dozen US States. Prior to Deloitte and during his tenure, he completed 30 years of active and reserve service in the US Navy, retiring as a Captain in 2018. His duty included time on the ground in Afghanistan in 2009 and 2010 as a member of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
