Julie is a principal in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice.
Her passion is elevating the human experience in government and public services. As a leader in our Customer Strategy & Applied Design (CS&AD) practice, she helps clients discover, design, and prototype customer growth strategies and innovation portfolios to create and drive change in a digital world. She applies her deep knowledge and experience from the global private sector to help public sector leaders develop and launch innovative offerings that their customers value. By creating differentiated experiences through human centered design, she enables clients to better deliver their mission, and more effectively meet customer and citizen needs.
Julie leads the consulting portfolio for the United States Postal Service, where Deloitte Consulting applies digital innovation and transformation, strategy, customer experience, workforce and HR improvement, program management, supply chain and logistics, retail, and technology expertise to drive measurable business results.
In addition, Julie serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte’s GPS practice. In this role, she is responsible for the marketing and communications strategy for all Consulting and Advisory strategic priorities for the Civilian, Defense, Security & Justice, Federal Health, and State, Local & Higher Education sectors.
