John Hittle

John is a leader in Deloitte’s Federal Finance practice and has extensive experience in DoD budget formulation and execution; financial governance; process improvement; financial systems requirements; cost analysis; internal controls; and other financial management functions.

He leads project management activities in support of Space Force's development of a transformative business model for acquiring commercial satellite communications. He provides analysis and advice on the strategic impacts of performing cost-recovery through a Working Capital Fund (WCF) and advises on enterprise acquisition strategies that improve speed and quality of order fulfillment.

Prior to Deloitte, John was the former Deputy to the Comptroller of DISA and brings with him 35 years of DoD experience in resource, program, and acquisition management. He holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace & Ocean Engineering.
