John Keyes

John is a partner in the Chicago office and serves as the Audit & Assurance leader for the Industrial Products and Construction practice. He has over fifteen years of experience with Deloitte & Touche LLP, primarily within the US Audit & Assurance business, and two years in the Global Capital Markets Group within the London office of the UK member firm. John has worked with a wide variety of clients in diverse industries ranging in size from small privately-held firms to large multinational and Fortune 200 corporations. He has provided his clients with in-depth experience related to complex financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance and implementation, PCAOB standards, and requirements of the US SEC.
