Joe is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP based in New York and has been a leader within the firm for more than 15 years. He leads the Core Business Operations offering for Banking and Capital Markets and oversees the NextGen Operating Model market offering. He also leads Deloitte's global consulting relationship for a leading financial services firm with businesses across retail and institutional banking, wealth management, asset management, and investment banking.
Joe engages clients across banking and capital markets, leading diverse engagements from developing and implementing corporate and business unit strategies to large, global transformations focused on growth, cost, and operational improvements. In addition, Joe is a facilitator for Deloitte’s Executive Transition Lab where he assists recently appointed COOs make a successful and efficient transition into their new executive role. He has delivered multiple labs across industries including banking and capital markets, insurance, manufacturing, and the federal government.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe grew an early-stage start-up focused on digital transformation and innovation and was a commercial banker. He received his Master of Business Administration and Master of Information Management from Washington University. In his free time, Joe enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new food experiences.
