Jason Salzetti serves as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he leads a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to solving complex client challenges and delivering lasting value to the organizations they serve.
With a Deloitte tenure of more than 30 years, Jason has a breadth of cross-functional and cross-industry client service leadership experience as a hands-on technology partner—including most recently leading the US Government and Public Services (GPS) Industry. As a tech enthusiast, he excels at distilling complex technology challenges into actionable insights for business leaders, enabling strategic outcomes.
Jason’s leadership philosophy is anchored in trust, transparency, and collaboration. He strongly believes in developing and empowering the people around him to better realize the collective potential of the team. The concept of servant leadership is central to how Jason leads, and he always keeps our clients and the market at the center of everything he does.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics/applied science (finance) with a specialization in computing from UCLA.
