Dan is chair and chief executive officer of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he leads a growing team of 80,000+ professionals who help clients innovatively face today's most complex issues. A pioneer in purpose-driven leadership, Dan harnesses the collective, diversified power of his team to create lasting value for clients and society. He is an advocate for inclusive culture and continuous innovation and empowers his teams to challenge orthodoxies, collaborate across borders, and take a modern and nimble approach to problem-solving. With more than 20 years of experience fueling effective and efficient organizations, Dan leverages his broad influence to inspire others to perform at their best. Prior to this role, Dan led Deloitte’s Government & Public Services team fueling customer-centric transformation for state, local, and federal government agencies. Dan is an active alum of Georgetown University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. Outside of Deloitte, you might find Dan serving as the play-by-play announcer for the Georgetown University Men’s Soccer team or enjoying his hometown near Washington D.C. with his wife, Kristie, and their four children.
Amy is the deputy CEO—Partnerships & Offerings for Deloitte Consulting LLP. In her current role, she is responsible for scaling and delivering the world-class capabilities of Consulting’s six offering portfolios—including the integration of solutions, assets, and talent across technology, human capital, strategy, and operations services to help organizations address their most complex, heart-of-the-business challenges. Amy has more than 25 years of experience advising and teaming with clients to identify and implement strategic, long-term solutions to difficult, multifaceted issues. She also serves on Deloitte’s US Board of Directors and the Global Deloitte Board of Directors.
Ambar is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as its Chief Strategy and Transformation officer. In this role, Ambar is responsible for designing and articulating Deloitte’s strategy, defining and overseeing key transformation initiatives and managing the overall investment portfolio including both organic investments and M&A. He has served some of the organization’s largest clients on corporate and business unit strategy. In his client work, Ambar has focused on defining breakthrough growth strategies and then translating those into organization-wide transformation programs that deliver sustained impact.
Rich is a principal and deputy CEO—Markets for Deloitte Consulting LLP, responsible for defining and delivering the industry-specific insights and solutions clients need to solve their most complex business challenges. He also serves on the Deloitte Consulting Executive and Management Committees, the Deloitte USA Board of Directors and as chairman of the Board, Deloitte Consulting Management GmbH & Co. KG. Rich has led many of Deloitte’s largest Finance and IT-enabled transformation programs and has served many of Deloitte Consulting’s most significant clients across Financial Services, Retail, and Consumer Products.
Christina is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, she is responsible for driving profitable growth across all of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s offerings and industries. She oversees Sales, Marketing, Client Excellence, and Ecosystems & Alliances – four essential areas that fuel the organization’s business strategy and empower Deloitte account leaders and engagement teams to win and differentiate in the marketplace.
Matt is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and Chief Talent & Responsibility Officer. In this role, he leads the organization’s work to build and maintain the number one talent experience for its 80,000-person team. Matt has been with Deloitte for more than 25 years focusing on large and strategic merger integrations and business model transformations in the Financial Services Industry.
Jessica Kosmowski is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and lead for Consulting’s Ecosystems & Alliances practice. In this role, Jessica oversees strategic collaborations with companies that innovate and shape the world, including top tech companies, academic institutions, and organizations dedicated to equity and inclusion. With a constant focus on the next big thing, Jessica specializes in strategic transformation, growth strategy, and global mergers & acquisitions. Jessica is also a member of the US Management Consulting Committee.
As the chief marketing officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP, Alicia leads the organization’s go-to-market efforts —a diverse and connected web of data, technology, and creative initiatives — with a focus on driving growth and delivering quantifiable results. Previously the global chief marketing officer for Deloitte Digital and Deloitte Ecosystems and Alliances, she oversees an integrated team comprised of brand, communications, content, creative, and social media, and champions efforts to drive programs that are characterized by innovative, measurable digital campaigns that directly reflect the organization’s priorities.
Nishita is Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Chief Innovation officer and leads the Deloitte Platform business. In this role she drives the firm’s innovation agenda by working with cutting-edge technologies, engaging the startup community and driving the transformation of next generation technologies into practical solutions for Deloitte’s clients.
Ayo is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s strategy practice with 17 years of consulting experience, serving clients in the Technology and Telecom sectors. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lead for Deloitte Consulting, Ayo focuses on creating a meaningful and consistent experience for all employees to ensure they are comfortable being their authentic selves. While at Deloitte, Ayo served as champion for the Management Leaders of Tomorrow (MLT) for over a decade, creating a community for future diverse leaders. He is also the Dean of the Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program, driving leadership development for underrepresented minorities.
