Ken Udenze

As the managing partner of Deloitte’s Arizona practice, Ken leads a talented team of professionals in both Phoenix and Gilbert that provide audit, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to companies across a wide array of industries.

To this role, he brings more than 28 years of public accounting experience, including 14 years as a Deloitte partner. Ken has deep proficiency at addressing complex public- and private-company reporting matters and transactions, such as those related to mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, and carve-outs. He is focused primarily on serving various REITs from inception through IPO registration and liquidation.

Ken has worked in a variety of industries, including real estate, materials and construction, utilities, oil, gas, and chemicals. Known for his technical proficiency and insight, Ken serves as a primary point of contact for clients and teams. He provides objective reviews of significant accounting and financial reporting matters, as well as perspectives on emerging trends and industry matters for management teams and audit committees.
