Kim Felker

Kim is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, leading growth for the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) industry group across the Bay Area. Kim is also the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) lead for the Bay Area. She has more than 25 years of experience serving both large energy and utilities companies and financial services organizations.

Kim has been responsible for the coordination and delivery of services to a diverse range of organizations both nationally and across the global. She has worked with clients on acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, securities offerings, initial public offerings, and carve-outs. She has extensive experience assisting clients with a variety of regulatory matters related to mergers & acquisitions.

Kim is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and a licensed CPA in Iowa and California.
