As a Managing Director in the WNT Private Wealth Group, Kristina specializes in tax matters related to tax-exempt organizations. She has more than 20 years of experience working with not-for-profit clients including public charities, private foundations, higher education institutions, health care organizations, pension trusts, other tax-exempt organizations, and related taxable entities. Areas on which she has consulted include unrelated business income issues, tax-exempt status qualifications, IRS Coordinated Examination Program (CEP) audit issues, and tax risk assessments.
Kristina holds a BA in accounting and an MBA from University of St. Thomas.
