Lauren Kirby

Lauren is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. She is a member of the Workforce Transformation practice, where she works across projects, with a primary focus on helping organizations align business and talent strategy and define the strategic initiatives that make their people a critical enabler of business and market success. She has specific expertise across Performance Management, Career Agility Strategy, and Talent Strategy, and managing the workforce impacts of Gen AI. Lauren served as an author of 2023 and 2024 Global Human Capital Trends reports. Additionally, Lauren has contributed as an author to pieces in the Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and Capital H. She has experience with clients across industries with a primary focus in Technology and Retail. She has an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
