Lee leads Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Change practice, which focuses on helping clients solve business issues through aligning their people and capabilities with complex technology and functional needs. He has expertise in developing and implementing digital enablement programs to help organizations prepare their people to adopt digital technologies and prepare for the future of work. Lee has more than 20 years of experience in change management solutions, digital enablement, and technology adoption. He is one of the leaders of the Human Capital Retail practice at Deloitte, and author of the firm's “Future of work in retail” perspective.
