Lisa is the Vice Chair for the US Automotive practice. She previously supported Deloitte’s Supply Chain practice and led the US Digital Supply Chain Strategy offering.

For more than 20 years, Lisa has supported Manufacturing through Consumer and Retail clients, helping drive financial and operational performance improvement through supply chain strategy, cost reduction and operational efficiency programs. Lisa has deep expertise in supply management and procurement transformation, global supply chain operating model design, global sourcing strategy and execution, and inventory management and optimization.
