Marc Holzer

Marc is a partner with Deloitte's Risk & Financial Advisory’s Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice, with more than 25 years of experience. He has advised on hundreds of transactions for both strategic and financial buyers and has led a wide variety of engagements, including operational and financial due diligence, employee benefits, human resources, and IT due diligence for both domestic and international transactions. Marc has significant experience providing M&A services in all sectors of the automotive and technology industries.
