Mike Flaherty is a leader in the strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. He works with Life Sciences and Health Care clients to build commercial growth strategies that address unmet or evolving market needs, and drive needed organizational change, operating model realignment, and enterprise transformation. He brings deep experience with digital health, marketing strategies, new patient engagement models, and product launches for disruptive technologies as well as new, digitally led products and services.
Mike brings 25+ years of experience in strategy and tech consulting and startups. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, private equity organizations, and startups. Mike lives in the San Francisco Bay area and holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University.
