Ollie McCoy

Ollie is the US M&A Practice leader, managed Health Care for Deloitte Consulting LLP. He led the industry’s largest multi-year health plan restructuring effort, and several other large-scale M&A transactions, joint venture, and affiliation programs. Ollie has extensive experience in all stages of the M&A life cycle, including acquisition strategy, strategic financial analysis, integration execution, synergy capture, and corporate restructuring. Ollie joined Deloitte in 2007.
