Peter Liu

Peter joined Deloitte’s Federal Consulting practice in 2006. He is currently the managing director leading programs in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Counter-UAS (CUAS) technologies. In that role, he consults to both government and private sector organizations on their strategies for those technologies and the systems engineering involved to implement them. With current UAS and CUAS clients in the federal government, commercial energy sector, health care, international development, and global clients, Peter brings a broad perspective of the rapidly changing UAS market.

Additionally, Peter leads Deloitte’s Technology Scouting programs which help clients draw from over 20,000 data sources to identify emerging technology and market trends to inform their future research and development and investment decisions. He currently serves clients in defense, homeland security, and justice with those capabilities as well as institutions of higher education.
