Pat McColloch is a managing director in Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and the Government and Public Service Discovery Leader. He possesses more than 35 years of experience in directing complex discovery management, litigation, FOIA, and disclosure solutions. The delivery teams under Pat are responsible for providing Advise-Implement-Operate services and solutions throughout each stage of the discovery management cycle. He has directed automated litigation support services on cases of all sizes, covering a wide variety of subject matter including environmental and labor workforce disputes, as well as complex contracts litigation.
Pat holds a Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He has presented at numerous conferences and industry forums, speaking topics such as legal project management, discovery management, eDiscovery workflow, application of analytics in discovery, and litigation support solutions.
