Rick Coddens

Rick is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Program and Transformation Management (PTM) practice leader and go-to-market leader under the Application Modernization and Innovation offering. Within his role, Rick collaborates with leaders to improve awareness, increase sales, and drive growth for the PTM practice. Rick also partners across offering portfolios to deliver large and complex transformations.

Throughout his tenure at Deloitte, (and more than 25 years of professional experience), he has served the firm’s business, clients, and people with distinction. Over the past three years, he has been driving inter-firm collaboration efforts to redefine how the PTM practice is going to market both in the US and globally.

Rick received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, grilling out, and spending time with his family.
