Robert has more than 15 years of audit and advisory experience serving companies of all sizes from venture capital and private equity backed start-ups to large public companies. Robert has worked with companies in various industries, with a significant focus on the technology industry.
Robert Kerr is Deloitte’s Emerging Growth Company leader for the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Chattanooga Audit practices and the US Accounting, Reporting, and Advisory leader for Deloitte’s Environmental, Social, and Governance services. He is also a leader in Deloitte’s national Capital Markets team, specializing in SPAC/IPO and divestiture execution practice.
He earned a Masters of Accountancy at the University of Georgia. He is a CPA licensed in the state of Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
