Virginia is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP with a focus on working with higher education clients to address their most critical needs for effectiveness and efficiency in support of each institution's academic mission. Virginia has more than 20 years of project leadership experience and 15 years of experience in business transformation and technology enablement for large organizations. Her focus is on strategy development and performance improvement, from initial conception and design, through implementation. She has led important projects for many higher education clients both public and private, including most of the Ivy League universities and several large state universities. Virginia is particularly interested in ways that institutions can best position themselves to thrive in the changing higher education landscape.
