Saadat Khan

Saadat is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP working extensively with Energy, Chemicals, and Industrial clients on transformative M&A deals including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. His experience spans across the M&A lifecycle assisting clients during pre-deal phase on synergy identification and operational diligence and then help architect complex separations and integrations focusing on value capture. Saadat has recently advised the C-suite of large industrial and chemical companies on global separations and carve-outs helping reshape business portfolios to focus on core business segments and end markets. Prior to Deloitte, Saadat worked in various product development and technology commercialization roles within the aerospace and defense industry.
