Seshu Macha

Seshu joined Deloitte in 2012, and worked from the Deloitte India, United States and Spain offices. Seshu is a senior manager, Strategy Risk and Transactions, and leads technology development in the M&A Technology portfolio. He has more than 10 years of experience within our firm working with a wide range of multinational corporations combining technology experience with a consulting skillset. He leads several process standardizations, technology architecture, solutioning, and change management initiatives specifically pertaining to Valuation and M&A advisory.

Seshu’s workload is split between technology development and M&A and Valuation consulting. He specializes in understanding current state and defining target state through process standardization, change management and technology enablement.

He specializes in organizing, facilitating, and delivering process labs and workshops for understanding client problems focused on M&A, Valuation, and Investment Management.

Seshu graduated from Kenan Flagler Institute, University of North Carolina, with an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. He devotes the majority of his time learning and teaching the latest advancements in technology.
