Simona Spelman

Simona is the US Human Capital leader, where she leads ~6,000 practitioners who help our clients courageously navigate through disruption related to the work, workforce, and workplace to help make work better for humans, and humans better at work. 

Prior to this role, she served as both the US and Global Human Capital as a Service leader, focused on building our hybrid/tech-enabled businesses, furthering our ecosystem & alliance partners, building our sensing and analytics businesses, and helping shape the future of our Human Capital practice. She has also previously led Service Delivery Optimization, including IT Transformations, Shared Service Delivery, and Program Management Office work, and continues to stay engaged in the market.

She has a passion for building authentic, inclusive, and high-performing teams and is known for empowering the people around her to find their voice and path forward.
