Sam’s practice efforts focus on the convergence of advertising, marketing, and commerce, with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics. Sam’s passion is to help organizations unlock competitive advantage by promoting human experience as a key differentiator in how they market, sell, service, support, recruit, and interact with their customers, recruits, and citizens.
Over his career, Sam has led dozens of large scale, enterprise-wide, customer-focused programs spanning across the Global 1000 and public sector. As a frequent speaker and advisory board member, Sam shares his insights on the business breakthroughs that are possible when deploying highly personalized, human-centric marketing programs.
Sam holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Carroll Graduate School of Management, Boston College, and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Schnell School of Engineering, Northeastern University
