Susan Goldsmith is the Sustainability leader for Deloitte’s Purpose and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Office. In this role, she drives climate strategies and innovative solutions to advance sustainability aspirations for Deloitte’s people, clients, and society. She’s also a principal with Deloitte Consulting, LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte, where she’s led broad-scale organizational change and growth strategies for renowned organizations in the media and entertainment, consumer products/retail, and technology industries. With a deep understanding of the nuances of change—across people, processes, and technology—Susan has successfully led numerous enterprise-wide transformations during her 25+ year career.
