Tal is a managing director and currently serves as the Sustainability & Circularity leader within the US Strategy & Analytics consulting practice for Deloitte Consulting LLP. He advises clients globally to drive sustainable growth, innovation and value and deliver socially impactful, and measurable results. Tal has experience in the consumer, retail, life sciences, and technology industries and specializes in sustainability strategy, compliance and reporting, sustainable supply chain, decarbonization and net-zero, circular economy, tech innovation, and the future of food.

As Deloitte Consulting LLP's Circularity leader, he guides a team of practitioners that help drive innovative, and transformative change by scaling business models that drive growth, reduce waste, and increase resource efficiency.

Tal is fluent in three languages and has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting services to diverse clients across Fortune 500, global Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), foundations, governments, and international organizations across five continents.
