Principal
Tiffany is a principal in Deloitte's US Consulting Consumer practice with more than 20 years experience in retail and CPG, focused on helping retailers or brands identify, design, and implement customer driven solutions to grow, share, and evolve their operations in today's complex environment.
She works on large scale initiatives, solving complex problems, and delivering significant business value for clients in the areas of corporate strategy, business transformation, global expansion, digital marketing, loyalty/CRM, media planning, and channel management, pricing/promotional effectiveness, and merchandising, planning and allocation in an omni environment.
Tiffany has worked extensively with retailers including large and mid-sized department stores, off-price, international clothing and accessory brands, as well as fashion apparel and luxury retailers both domestically and internationally. Her international experience includes advising clients on market entry and operational strategies for Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, China, and Indonesia.
Prior to Deloitte, Tiffany held store operations and visual merchandising leadership positions within the specialty apparel segment.
