Tom Morrisroe

Tom is a Tax partner in Deloitte’s Merger & Acquisition Transaction Services Group (MATS), and is the MATS Real Estate Sector co-leader. Tom has more than 15 years of public accounting experience and more than 10 years as a full-time mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax specialist. Tom has assisted a variety of strategic buyer and private equity clients in all aspects of tax M&A transactions, including tax structuring, modeling, due diligence, and divestiture services. Tom serves a variety of clients and spends a significant amount of time working with real estate focused private equity investment funds.

Tom is a certified public accountant licensed in New York and New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
