Tom is a Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory managing director in Deloitte & Touche LLP. Tom works with finance leaders to accelerate finance transformation efforts. He helps companies improve financial governance to identify and develop operational improvements, enhance internal controls, align operating models and implement technology to provide efficiency within the finance organization.
Tom leads initiatives at his clients that focus on improving and standardizing processes, taking risk and inefficiency out of the financial close cycle and aligning reporting processes. Working in the space called Digital Controllership™, Tom specifically focuses on automating and streamlining financial close and reporting processes while improving internal controls.
Tom is the Global and America’s executive lead for Deloitte’s BlackLine alliance and leads domestic and global implementations of BlackLine’s enhanced financial close automation.
