Tom H. Fernandez

Tom is a managing director in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Strategic Tax Review team, a group of tax specialists across the country that identify and implement high-value opportunities for companies. He also leads Deloitte Tax in its implementation efforts around ASU 606.

Tom has extensive corporate tax experience including the identification and implementation of tax planning opportunities for large national and multi-national companies. During his more than 18 years in public accounting, Tom has identified and implemented tax revenue recognition opportunities for technology, manufacturing, retail, and medical companies. He is able to utilize his experience to clarify and simplify the implementation challenges that companies often struggle with.
