John Brownridge
John is Deloitte’s Digital Workplace offering leader, is the founder and former leader of Deloitte’s Digital HR Strategy and Solutions offering and is the chief strategy officer of the HR Transformation offering. He has been helping clients transform their business for more than 20 years at the intersect of people and technology.
Gary Cole
Gary is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP specializing in Human Resources Transformation, Technology Strategy, and Technology Implementation. He leads Deloitte’s HR Technology Strategy practice and is an active speaker/blogger in the market on HR related technology trends. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, much of Gary’s career has been focused on large scale technology led Human Resources Transformation programs. His experience includes leading projects across multiple industries and geographies spanning the full spectrum of the HR Transformation life cycle from Strategy and Planning through Implementation and Operations. Over the last nine years, Gary’s has focused on HR Technology Strategy and the incubation of Emerging HR technologies and solutions.

Sona is a managing director in the Deloitte Consulting LLP Human Capital Practice, focusing on Workforce Transformation and is the Eightfold Alliance Leader. With more than 25 years experience in consulting and Talent Acquisition leadership roles, Sona has helped Fortune 500 and growing mid-size organizations across all industries strategize, design, implement and optimize a broad array of Human Capital solutions that align people, process and technology with organizational strategy. As part of the Deloitte Workforce Transformation leadership team, she collaborates with colleagues and clients to reimagine talent strategies across talent acquisition, talent management and career mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, learning, rewards and wellbeing.
