Steve serves as vice chair and US Technology Sector leader. Based in Silicon Valley, Steve has held a variety of leadership roles in his 29 years at Deloitte. As a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Steve has also been a global lead client service partner for a select number of our most strategic technology clients. Steve is also actively involved in Deloitte's leadership development and frequently facilitates these courses for both our people and clients. Prior to his current role, Steve led our Executive Networking team, which supports our clients during career transitions. His diverse experiences, and track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams at Deloitte, enable Steve to bring the breadth of our capabilities and industry experience to help our clients navigate the complexities of the technology sector.

Jeff Loucks
Jeff Loucks is the executive director of Deloitte's Center for Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Deloitte Services LP. He conducts research and writes on topics that help companies capitalize on technological change. An award-winning thought leader in digital business model transformation, Loucks is especially interested in the strategies organizations use to adapt to accelerating change.

China Widener
With over 25 years of professional experience, China leads Deloitte’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Industry and offers a unique point of view on the future of this industry and its sectors. China brings a strong perspective on industry convergence and is passionate about the need for trustworthy AI. She has co-authored articles on use of technology frameworks in the enterprise, delivery model analysis, and closing the talent gap. China also serves on the Board of Directors, Deloitte US. As a principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP, she has also led clients through technology-enabled business transformations and operating model optimizations to achieve performance outcomes and competitive advantage. China is also a dedicated leader, leading multiple National Communities and local Inclusion Councils in support of all professionals. Formerly, China spent 15 years in industry holding various C-suite roles including COO, Chief Inspector, and served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and in-house Counsel. She is a highly sought-after speaker and facilitator. Her technology experience and career progression has been featured by several well-known podcasts and publications.
