Deloitte Announces Expansion of its Relationship With AWS to Leverage AWS’s Bedrock Generative AI Service

NEW YORK, May 4, 2023 — Deloitte today announced it will expand its Generative AI capabilities by leveraging Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service from Amazon Web Services (AWS) that makes pre-trained Foundation Models from leading AI companies and Amazon easily accessible via an API. The combination of Deloitte’s deep AI experience and top AI talent with the power of AWS technology will help clients quickly build new AI applications at scale and unlock significant value from powerful Generative AI capabilities. With Amazon Bedrock, Deloitte can provide clients with a cost-effective service to help examine large volumes of data to customize models and utilize natural language for various use cases.

Deloitte achieved its AWS Machine Learning Competency designation back in 2018, and throughout the years has been actively working on Amazon SageMaker projects with clients to address various business challenges and goals. Deloitte’s projects in this space cover the full scope of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) capabilities. Projects range from ML Modernization by migrating existing ML workloads from on-premises data centers and other platforms to Amazon SageMaker, to improving MLOps maturity through automating the deployment of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ML Management, and scaling leveraging Amazon SageMaker.
