Dream it. Do it.
Victories stem from believing in success. And #SheBelieves, a platform inspired by the U.S. Women's National Team (USWNT), helps the next generation
of leaders to define success for themselves and achieve their goals on and off the field.
The SheBelieves Summit,
presented by Deloitte, invites college-enrolled students and young professionals to engage in panel discussions and
workshops while learning from women who are driving progress across industries. It’s just one example of how Deloitte is investing in the next generation while strengthening our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
This year’s SheBelieves Cup will be held February 16-22 as Brazil, Canada, and Japan join the
USA for the four-team international tournament.

Bringing bigger wins
We’re proud to sponsor the U.S. Soccer Federation, the umbrella organization of the USWNT and U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT). Since 2019, we’ve worked together and used soccer to show everyone the importance of aiming for their goals.
By collaborating with U.S. Soccer on strategic initiatives, a tech road map for the future, and more platforms to engage with fans, we’re helping more audiences experience the transcendent power of this sport.
Inspiration in action
At Deloitte, we celebrate being goal driven. It’s a quality that our people bring to every facet of our business. Our Goal Driven video series is a chance to see how soccer has inspired elite players and Deloitte professionals to effect change within themselves and the world around them.
