SheBelieves
Inspire.
Empower.
Connect.
Victory starts with believing in yourself. That's why Deloitte is proud to support U.S. Soccer’s SheBelieves movement and to be the presenting sponsor of the SheBelieves Summit. Our goal? To help empower the next generation of women, on and off the field.
Investing in what we believe
The SheBelieves Summit presented by Deloitte
Deloitte has a long history of supporting and helping advance women throughout their professional journeys. That's why we are so proud to be foundational sponsors of U.S. Soccer's SheBelieves movement. Inspired by the U.S. Women's National Team (USWNT), SheBelieves aims to help the next generation of female leaders define success for themselves and achieve their goals on and off the field.
Our support of the movement culminates with the annual SheBelieves Summit presented by Deloitte. The Summit enables college-enrolled students and young professionals to engage in panel discussions and workshops while learning from leaders helping to drive progress across industries.
I made incredible connections and had inspiring discussions with our guest speakers. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to attending again in the future!

It was eye-opening to see people who are role models or who are famous were as vulnerable as us. It was amazing to see how they connected with the audience to help us grow.
I absolutely loved it. I didn’t know what to expect going in, but the event was world-class.
Overall, I loved this experience more than I could express in words and am truly grateful for having the opportunity to learn from some amazing and powerful women.
I just found it very emotional and inspiring to be around such empowering women. As a woman, it helps to know that everyone experiences troubles and that leaps of faith don’t have to be scary.
I came to the Summit unsure of what my next step in life was, and I left inspired with great advice from some powerful women in the sports industry.

Nik Hall
“Words matter, so I don’t say this lightly—sports saved my life.” Coming out of the Army after serving in Afghanistan, Nik Hall, a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, found the transition to civilian life daunting. She felt ill-equipped to succeed in the world. However, her junior college soccer team proved to be an unexpected haven. Here, she found more than a team. She found a family. One that she could take care of and one that could take care of her. It was on this team that she became an All-American and a NJCAA Hall of Famer. But no award could compare to her team’s greatest gift. They gave her hope that she could make it.

Olivia Termini
Being a woman in sports has been a powerful force in shaping who Olivia Termini, a consultant with Deloitte Consulting LLP, is today. Her time playing competitive soccer is where she made lifelong friends, developed inner resilience, gained confidence, and learned invaluable lessons about teamwork and cooperation. In college, she helped a new coach establish her team’s core values: selflessness, relentlessness, accountability, and respect. Values she now instills in her players as a coach for 3rd and 4th graders. For Olivia, sports are a powerful tool for inspiring and creating leaders.

Shauna-Gae Davis
Shauna-Gae Davis, a managing director in Technology with Deloitte Services LP, had a lofty goal to play soccer at the highest levels. Fortunately, her family supported her at all turns. Her experiences continue to inspire her and remind her of the impact she can make at Deloitte and within her communities. Through it all, Shauna has come to understand the importance of allyship, self-awareness, and the power that comes from being true to oneself.

Whitney Johnson
Whitney Johnson’s time as a D1 soccer player and international footballer taught her to focus and be persistent in pursuing her goal—regardless of the obstacles in her path. Whitney credits many skills learned on the pitch to her career success. But it’s her growth mindset that she believes has helped her the most. In her role as a specialist in Marketing & Communications with Deloitte Services LP, Whitney keeps her biggest lesson from sports at heart, “Feedback can be a gift if you allow it.” Plus, as a previous SheBelieves Summit attendee, Whitney was inspired to hear firsthand from women who are some of the best on and off the field.

A bright future for the beautiful game
There’s more to the future of soccer than the sport alone. As an Official Advisor of U.S. Soccer, Deloitte is helping create strategies that support its mission of making soccer the preeminent sport in the United States. And that means helping the organization take things to the next level off the field too.
