Leading a life that’s not based on standards set by others

In this episode, Julia discusses how she created a thriving career by getting outside her comfort zone and developing new skills. With a wide breadth of experience across legal, board, privacy, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Julia has remained true to her personal purpose and has grown into the role of leader and strategist.

How does she balance the demands of her professional life with the daily responsibilities of being a mother? She is never afraid to ask for help. She believes in the power of her village and never forgets her purpose.

People talk about representation and role models and those sorts of things. And there certainly is something to that because I think you sometimes can only dream as big as what you see or what you read or what you hear.
