We invite you to apply to the Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program (DCIP) Summit, a premier event for the incoming MBA/Master's class of 2026.
Learn about key consulting skills and evaluate the depth, breadth, and quality of opportunities at Deloitte Consulting. This virtual conference is designed to help you during business school and the internship recruiting process. You’ll also be introduced to industry thought leaders and similarly motivated peers. DCIP provides an early platform to share your ideas and begin building your own broad network of professionals—the people who can help you customize your career and achieve your goals.
The Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program is open to all incoming first-year MBA/Master's students. Admitted MBA/Master's students who are Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races are strongly encouraged to apply.

Eligibility
Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a member of the class of 2026 at a full-time US MBA or Master's program
- Possess 2-5 years work experience, preferably in a large organization
- Have a representative history of superior personal achievement in school and work
- Have strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
