We invite you to apply to the Deloitte Consulting Inclusion Program (DCIP) Summit, a premier event for the incoming MBA Class of 2020.
Learn the basics of consulting and evaluate the depth, breadth, and quality of opportunities at Deloitte Consulting. This three day conference is designed to help you during business school and the internship recruiting process. You’ll also be introduced to industry thought leaders and similarly motivated peers. DCIP provides an early platform to share your ideas and begin building your own broad network of professionals—the people who can help you customize your career and achieve your goals.
The Deloitte Consulting Inclusion Program is open to all incoming first-year MBA students. Admitted MBA students who are female and/or Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, Asian, or two or more races are strongly encouraged to apply.

Location: Deloitte University, Westlake, TX
Deloitte will pay for: Airfare, lodging, meals, and local transportation
Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a member of the class of 2020 at a full-time US MBA or Master's program
- Possess 2-5 years work experience, preferably in a large organization
- Have a representative history of superior personal achievement in school and work
- Have strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills

Hotel accommodations will be provided for all DCIP Summit participants at Deloitte University.
Are international students eligible for the DCIP Summit?
International students are eligible to apply and attend the DCIP Summit if they will be in the United States during the time of the program.
