We invite you to apply to the Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program (DCIP) Summit, a premier event for the incoming MBA/Master's class of 2024.
Learn about key consulting skills and evaluate the depth, breadth, and quality of opportunities at Deloitte Consulting. This three day conference is designed to help you during business school and the internship recruiting process. You’ll also be introduced to industry thought leaders and similarly motivated peers. DCIP provides an early platform to share your ideas and begin building your own broad network of professionals—the people who can help you customize your career and achieve your goals.
The Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program is open to all incoming first-year MBA/Master's students. Admitted MBA/Master's students who are female and/or Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races are strongly encouraged to apply.

Location: Deloitte University, Westlake, TX
Deloitte will pay for: Airfare, lodging, meals, and local transportation
Eligibility
Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a member of the class of 2024 at a full-time US MBA or Master's program
- Possess 2-5 years work experience, preferably in a large organization
- Have a representative history of superior personal achievement in school and work
- Have strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The DCIP Summit is designed to give you an exciting and realistic look at the consulting profession, our consulting business specifically, and the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges of a consulting professional. Through this three-day program, you will receive coaching, training, and first-hand experience to prepare you for business school and a potential career in management consulting.

The DCIP Summit will take place at Deloitte University on December 2-4, 2022.

What is the interview process for the DCIP Summit?
Behavioral interviews will take place via phone or videoconference.
When will I know if I have been selected for the DCIP Summit?
All applicants will be notified about their status in November 2022.
How much does it cost to participate in the DCIP Summit?
Deloitte Consulting will cover the costs of domestic airfare, hotels, meals, and local transportation for the DCIP Summit.
What type of lodging will be provided?
Hotel accommodations will be provided for all DCIP Summit participants at Deloitte University.
What is the DCIP Summit agenda?
Classroom sessions, workshops, and evening networking events will be hosted to provide a holistic view of the consulting industry and Deloitte Consulting's culture.
