Cloud-native: It's powering a return to the office at Broadcom

When COVID-19 hit, many companies went to full-remote work models. However, as the pandemic stretches on, many companies are rethinking their strategy. In this episode, David Linthicum sits down with Deloitte’s Siddharth Mehrotra and Broadcom, Inc.’s Stanley Toh to discuss how Broadcom used cloud native technology to build a mobile health-monitoring, reporting, and contact-tracing solution that enables them to safely bring workers back to the office. The solution—which was rolled out in five short weeks—is easy-to-use, scalable, and cost-effective via a pay-per-use model. The bonus? It’s also flexible enough to be used post-COVID as a mobile platform that can connect anyone to anything at Broadcom.
