… AI is growing up a little bit, and the business case for AI in an organization is becoming important. Just like an investment in anything, we need to see some results. And so whereas in the last two and a half to three years, lots of organizations have just been going, you know, ‘Put it on your desktop; play with it. You need to understand what it can do.’ We're seeing less of that, and now much more deliberate actions taken to professionalize AI in the workplace.
