If you skim long enough in the dictionary, you're going to come to an alternative definition of the word ‘boundary,’ and it's the word ‘frontier.’ And a frontier represents the location of the newest or most advanced activity in a given area. And so, my advice, my challenge is to encourage all of us to embrace this reframed definition, so think and act in ways that really help transform today's boundaries in tomorrow's frontiers, to be able to help solve pressing problems, to drive innovation, and to transform our organizations and our communities to thrive.
