About the authors
Rafael Calderon is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has 20 years of industry and consulting experience helping global companies drive operations performance through large-scale growth and efficiency initiatives. He has worked extensively with global multimatrixed organizations, helping them become more agile, growth-oriented, and able to embrace the advent of omnichannel while managing operational costs and asset efficiency.
Amit Sinha is a specialist leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP with 16 years of experience in leading supply chain transformation, enterprise architecture, technology adoption, and organization change management. He has led numerous business transformation projects for global organizations and has authored multiple books and research papers in the areas of supply chain management, integrated business planning, intelligent enterprises, and SCM talent. Dr. Ednilson Bernardes is a professor and coordinator of the Global Supply Chain Management program at West Virginia University.
