Ariel Krinshpun

Ariel has extensive experience in the pricing and structuring of intercompany financial transactions, including term loans, revolvers, preferred stock, hybrid liabilities, repurchase agreements, financial guarantees, cash pooling arrangements, factoring arrangements, and other arrangements in connection with the transfer of credit, liquidity and/or market risk. He also has extensive experience with supply chain and capital structure optimization, M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, and asset migrations throughout the transactions lifecycle and for a broad range of industries.

Prior to Deloitte, Ariel was a financial litigation and transfer pricing consultant at an economic consulting firm, where he valued common shares, debt, and intellectual property for clients in a variety of industries; produced expert reports on matters involving equity valuation disputes, property infringement disputes, and other financial damage claims; and prepared transfer pricing reports in connection with advisory and litigation engagements with respect to intercompany loans, financial derivatives and guarantees.

His articles on these topics have appeared in noted tax publications, including International Tax Review. Ariel is a frequent presenter at Deloitte and other events.

Ariel earned a BBA in accounting and mathematics from Baruch College and MA in economics and finance from Brandeis University.
