Joel Eisenreich

Joel specializes in global compensation and benefit matters with a unique focus on cross-border tax and regulatory issues. Joel has been with Deloitte for more than 25 years and is the leader of the Americas Rewards practice. He assists clients with the design, delivery, risk management, and tax effectiveness of global compensation and benefit programs, including qualified / non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and welfare benefit plans.

Most recently, Joel has been focused on assisting clients reimagine the future of work and consider how to incorporate the benefits of remote work in their future talent strategy. This evolution creates unique employment and corporate tax challenges that may require companies to adopt appropriate policies and procedures, as well as implement technology-enabled solutions to effectively operate a remote work program in a compliant manner.

Joel serves all types of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, private companies, partnerships and global non-profit organizations.

Joel has a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of law and is a member of the New York State Bar.
