Matt Flemming

Matt Fleming is a managing director in Deloitte’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice. He has spent his career providing services in all aspects of restructuring advisory, crisis management, and insolvency consulting services to organizations both out of and in Chapter 11 and has been a part of some of the largest bankruptcy cases over the course of his career. Matt spends a large amount of his time focusing on bankruptcy accounting, helping his clients understand the financial statement impacts and ultimate application of Accounting Standards Codification 852 'Reorganizations. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in state of Massachusetts and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor.
