She helps tech companies achieve growth and transformation through mergers & acquisitions (M&A), product innovation, and operating model and process redesign. Nina has assisted clients in solving critical business challenges including new market entry, product lifecycle management, research & development (R&D) operating model design, supply chain cost reduction, and leveraging data and analytics to improve business operations.
