Rachel Miller is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Talent & Culture leader for the Global Consulting portfolio. Within this role, Rachel focuses on building and executing strategies to drive engagement within member firm talent leadership and developing plans that amplify and align to the offering’s overall approach.
Rachel has more than 25 years of experience in guiding health care organizations to enhance their functional capabilities and executing complex programs focused on transforming operations to position them for growth. She also has deep knowledge in operating model innovation, enterprise cost reduction, merger integration, and digital transformation.
Rachel received an MHA from Cornell’s Sloan Program, where she serves as the President of their Alumni Association Board, and a BA from Colgate University. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, hiking, and visiting local distilleries.
