Josh Haims
As a Deloitte Consulting LLP Human Capital Principal, Josh believes that an organization is only as powerful as its future-ready workforce. He is the Deloitte Academies Portfolio Leader with more than 20 years of experience in solving business issues by designing and implementing learning and talent strategies for his clients. Josh has deep expertise in learning strategy and program design, skills-based organizations, and transformation enablement through the design of end-to-end talent strategies. He has extensive experience in the Banking and Investment Management sectors with experience serving various functions, including Global Risk Management, Compliance, Technology and Operations, Consumer/Retail Banking, and HR.
Joanne Barela
Joanne Barela is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and Dean of Deloitte’s Academy for Sustainability. She has 15+ years of experience advising clients on developing and implementing people strategies to advance sustainability across various industries with a primary focus on technology. She has deep expertise in leadership development, learning experience design, learning strategy, worker health, safety and well-being, equity, and talent strategy. Outside of client work, she leads initiatives to enhance Deloitte’s culture of well-being and inclusion, facilitating programs for hundreds of Deloitte professionals annually. Joanne holds a M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
Christina Brodzik
As a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and the national leader of Deloitte’s Client Service practice, Christina Brodzik brings more than 20 years of experience to the human capital space. She has worked across multiple industries to design and build DEI functions, provide coaching and support for new chief DEI officers, and develop multiyear DEI strategies. She is also a certified facilitator for Deloitte’s Inclusive Leadership Experience, Inclusion Strategy, and Chief DEI Officer Transition Labs.
Nathan Sloan
Nathan is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP based in Charlotte, NC, and leads the national Organization Transformation offering within the Human Capital practice. He and his teams work closely with global clients to lead transformational change and culture initiatives, design optimal and adaptable organizational structures, and modernize actuarial operations to ultimately help them achieve and sustain their strategic goals. He has been with Deloitte since 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience consulting primarily with executives in the Retail and Wholesale Distribution sector on their broad organization transformation agendas, incorporating and integrating industry and human capital trends.
