He specializes in helping executives at highly engineered product manufacturing companies overcome the complex issues that constrain growth and performance. Brian has a proven track record of delivering measurable step-function improvements in cost, quality, and delivery achievement through scaled transformation efforts and initiatives. He has deep experience in operations strategy, end-to-end supply chain, production system architecture, lean operations, and integrated operations and technology solutions. Brian holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
