Brian Barish
Brian is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Industrial Products practice, where he has served for over a decade. He also currently serves as Deloitte’s US Energy, Resources, & Industrials Smart Operations Leader. In his role as the US ER&I Smart Operations leader, he is responsible for a portfolio of sector-targeted offerings that improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality through the application of technology and digital intelligence. He specializes in helping executives at highly engineered product manufacturing companies overcome the complex issues that constrain growth and performance. Brian has a proven track record of delivering measurable step-function improvements in cost, quality, and delivery achievement through scaled transformation efforts and initiatives. He has deep experience in operations strategy, end-to-end supply chain, production system architecture, lean operations, and integrated operations and technology solutions. Brian holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
