Tell us about Global Employer Services (GES) business shortly and how are your members like?
GES helps inbound and expatriates and their employers in managing the implications of people moving overseas for work. So, there is a variety of work in GES that does, and this provides many opportunities for us all to interact with people from different countries and cultures. Our GES team members have diverse backgrounds and experiences, which enables us all to help our clients.
How do you support your team members?
We support our team members by providing them with many different work opportunities to build their knowledge and career. Additionally, as we have a diverse team and flexible working arrangements, so we are all adaptable to working the best way possible to best serve our clients.
What kind of people would you like to work with near future?
I would like to work with people who want to learn, who are curious and who like solving problems and want to help people. As GES work involves interacting with people from various backgrounds, working with people with diverse life experience is also very helpful.
